How is Apple Cider Vinegar made?

We grow the apples, pick them, juice them, then ferment the juice until it becomes alcohol. Then we pump air through it which contains natural yeast and organisms which eat all the alcohol and convert it to acetic acid, which is more commonly known as vinegar.

The vinegar has not been certified as safe for human consumption. So please, give it to animals only.
